People Change

Change is the only permanent thing in this world.

Let's define change.
According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary:

change /v/

: to become different

: to make (someone or something) different

: to become something else



Everything is capable of change. The environment experiences change, the weather and climate. Hence, climate CHANGE. The fashion trends change from time to time. Everything else changes...as well as people.

Do not be shocked or amazed of what change can bring.
One day, you know this person as someone who's cheerful and jubilant. But then on the next day, that person is suddenly quiet.

A lot of things may have caused this change. A lot of factors may have contributed to this change.
Let's enumerate them.

Number 1. Unfortunate event
    Always. Always. Always remember that everybody is fighting a battle. No matter what kind of battle, no matter how heavy the battle is, no matter how difficult it is to win the battle, everybody has his own obstacle to pass, fears to conquer, mazes to solve and battles to win. Be sensitive of the words you utter and actions you manifest because not everybody is as happy as you are.Maybe circumstances are just being a bitch to that person.

Number 2. Realizations
    That person may have changed because of realizations. He may have realized that he has been so good or bad to be true; thus, the change of heart.

Number 3. He just wants to change
     Maybe life is just about changes. Maybe the world just needs a little bit of diversity. Maybe the person just outgrew his character. Maybe he just wants to change, that's all.

Those are the three things I think that causes change in someone.

Well, why am I talking about change here?
I just have this friend who has changed.

I mean, I'm not rejecting or denying the changes he's gone through. But I guess I just liked the old him better. This is what my problem is. It's not that I fear change. In fact, I'd love to discover new things! SERENDIPITY. It's just that it's not that easy to let go of the character, thing or whatever that you have known for so long and suddenly, boom.
